The FiveWest wallet is where you can store your different assets. Digital assets in our custody are stored securely with Ceffu. Ceffu offers cutting-edge security features from robust authentication protection to multi-layered encryption for cold storage solutions.

Supported Currencies

Sub-wallets

Business clients can create and manage subwallets for different business units, use cases, or individual customers.

Sub-wallet functionality

- Execute Instant Buy/Sell trades

- Deposit and withdraw funds in both fiat and supported cryptocurrencies

- Transfer funds between sub-wallets and/or the primary wallet

- Generate sub-wallet statements

Sub-wallet types

Crypto deposits

These sub-wallets currently support crypto deposits only, as fiat deposit functionality is not currently available. They are available upon request, and clients must contact [email protected] with "Request for Subwallet Provisioning" as the subject line, including the number of sub-wallets they would like provisioned. A base creation cost of 0.5 USDT per wallet will be charged to the client’s main wallet at the time of provisioning, and this cost is subject to change.

Fiat only deposits

Fiat deposit functionality is not currently available. Once enabled, these sub-wallets will support fiat deposits while still allowing users to trade into, and withdraw crypto.

Client Requirements

- Create either an individual or business user profile, and create a wallet.

- If crypto deposit sub-wallets are required, these must be requested (business clients only).

- White-list wallet addresses for sending/receiving crypto. Learn more.

Costs

Custody: Clients incur no costs to make use of our standard custody solution.

Sub-wallets: Fiat-deposit sub-wallets are free, Crypto-deposit sub-wallets cost 0.5 USD each.

Fiat withdrawals: 20 ZAR per withdrawal.
